Hi, I’m Dr. Mili—licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and dedicated teacher. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with students, new grads, and early-career acupuncturists who are navigating the complex (and often lonely) transition from school to practice. I created this mentorship to offer the kind of guidance I wish I had in those first few years—steady, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical skill and personal growth.

In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll dive into your real-life cases, sharpen your diagnostic thinking, strengthen your treatment planning, and explore the heart of who you are as a practitioner. Whether you’re looking for support with herbs, Five Element clarity, patient communication, or building your practice, you don’t have to do it alone.

This mentorship is a space to be supported, to grow at your own pace, and to feel deeply seen in the work you’re here to do.
